Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Staff level) for its DET IT/Finance IT team. The role focuses on configuring, developing, and testing Workday functionalities and integrations in a hybrid work environment.

You will lead Workday technical implementations, build advanced reports and automations, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions across finance processes. A strong Workday background and collaboration with IT teams are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on Workday technical implementation and development experience.
Workday Integration Essentials Certification / PRO in Technical Workday domains.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver Workday technical solutions and enhancements with focus on scalability and performance.
Design and develop Reports, Dashboards, Integrations and Automations using Workday toolsets.
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality releases.
Participate in design reviews and solution architecture discussions.
