Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with deep experience in Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) and Google Cloud. You will support delivery teams, design and implement modern GECX solutions for clients, and work directly with clients and senior architects to drive end-to-end project execution.

Qualifications

Experience in technology transformation for contact centers.
Expertise in CCaaS and AI agent building.
Strong knowledge of contact center benchmarks and metrics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+ years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) within client environments.
Architect and provide technical recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
Design and engineer AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, lifecycle observability.
Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile; manage onshore/offshore teams.
Travel may be required (0–100%).
