Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to advance Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions on Google Cloud. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and help drive end‑to‑end delivery of complex CCaaS and AI-enabled transformations.

You will partner with delivery teams across on‑shore and offshore locations, shaping the architecture and guiding implementation while staying ahead of industry trends in AI and cloud-native contact center

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation, focus on Conversational AI/CCaaS/cloud-based contact center solutions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies, AI agent building, CCaaS strategy and migration across platforms.
Minimum of 5 years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) aligned with architecture and goals.
Architect and provide technical recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tools, and observability.
Implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within end-to-end architecture and constraints.
Collaborate with partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
Plan and estimate delivery with Agile, including onshore/offshore resource planning and risk management.
Lead day-to-day on‑shore and off‑shore project teams through lifecycle.
Translate high-level business requirements into epics and stories.
