Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Lead Engagement Manager to join the Customer Success team. This role partners with Field Sales and provides senior-level advisory on services and deployments of the DocuSign platform.

You will drive service sales, scope engagements, and lead complex account strategies while maintaining quota attainment. Travel 10–20% and operate in a remote/ hybrid framework as assigned.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise software consulting or services sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years as a consultant.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Ability to build and execute complex account strategies and sales plays.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive success of the company’s goals by achieving individual sales quotas.
• Lead by example on the Engagement Management team, driving services sales best practices and positioning.
• Develop strong relationships with Field Sales, Customers, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Align to the sales team’s account and deal strategies and pitch the appropriate services.
• Scope services and estimate work to develop a Statement of Work.
• Understand services and training offerings and outcomes for each service.
• Communicate technical concepts in business or technical terms.
• Partner with Professional Services to ensure knowledge transfer after a deal.
• Anticipate problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Hit quotas each quarter as a Services Sales role.
• Travel 10-20%.
