Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is hiring a Lead Engagement Manager to join the Customer Success team in a remote-capable role in the United States. This individual contributes to sales cycles by aligning services with customer needs and driving enterprise-scale engagements.

You will partner with Field Sales and Professional Services, scope engagements, and ensure successful delivery of consulting projects while aiming to meet quarterly quotas. Travel of 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in an enterprise level software consulting or services sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience as a consultant.

Responsibilities

• Drive success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas.
• Lead by example on the Engagement Management team and run Enterprise sales cycles with a strategic approach.
• Develop relationships with Field Sales, Customers, Professional Services, Customer Success and Operations.
• Align to the sales team’s account and deal strategies and pitch services to support outcomes.
• Scope services, propose approaches, and estimate work for Statements of Work.
• Ensure knowledge transfer with Professional Services and support the team when challenges arise.
• Hit quotas each quarter as a quota-carrying Services Sales role.
