Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Customer Success team. The Engagement Management group acts as a trusted advisor to sales and customers, coordinating end-to-end professional services, training, and deployment of the DocuSign platform.

This senior role partners with Field Sales to support deals and align services with strategic account plans. The role reports to the Director, Engagement Management and requires 8+ years in enterprise software consulting or services

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Master's degree.
8+ years of experience in an enterprise level software consulting or services sales.
Experience in consulting as a consultant.

Responsibilities

Drive success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas.
Lead by example on the Engagement Management team exemplifying activities such as driving services sales best practices and partnering with EMs on deals.
Develop strong relationships with Field Sales, Customers, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Operations to align with account strategies and promote customer outcomes.
Scope services, propose and estimate work to develop a Statement of Work.
Understand services and training offerings and outcomes achieved when each is used.
Communicate technical concepts in business or technical terms.
Partner with Professional Services to ensure knowledge transfer after deals close.
Anticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions.
Achieve quotas each quarter in a quota-carrying Services Sales role.
Travel 10-20%.
