Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead delivery of its largest and most complex customer transformation programs within AWS ProServe. You will orchestrate 50+ person teams, align across business lines and partners, and drive AI-enabled modernization for Global 500 clients.

Responsibilities include strategic advisory, risk management, and financial health of programs, with 50% on-site collaboration in the U.S. This role requires strong executive engagement and a proven PMO approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs to inform executive decisions.
• Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams, aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and definitions of success.
• Define and track measurable customer outcomes as the north star for program success, translating progress into executive-ready value narratives.
• Own the program financial health including forecasting, revenue recognition, and scope management for fixed-price delivery.
• Influence teams by establishing operating models and AI guardrails as AI-enabled development grows.
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across delivery programs and scale multi-agent systems for productivity.
• Establish governance for agentic AI in delivery including observability and cost controls.
• Surface ideas on innovations to help customers achieve goals faster and at larger scale.
