Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs to inform executive decisions
• Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams simultaneously, aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and definitions of success
• Define and track measurable customer business outcomes as the north star for program success, translating progress into executive‑ready value narratives
• Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, change request negotiation, and scope management
• Influence human builder and agent builder teams effectively, establishing clear operating models and guardrails for AI
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across delivery programs for accelerated scale
• Establish governance for agentic AI in delivery—observability, cost controls, human checks, compliance
• Proactively surface ideas on how ProServe and AWS teams can innovate to help customers achieve goals
