Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex customer transformation programs within AWS ProServe. You will orchestrate 50+ person teams across AWS builders, partners, and customers to achieve AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes for Global 500 organizations.

You will shape program direction, manage risks, and drive delivery quality and velocity while embedding AI‑native development approaches and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise IT engagements.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM.
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), providing strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks and trade-offs.
• Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes.
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT and partner teams to align priorities, timelines and success definitions.
• Define and track measurable customer outcomes (e.g., time-to-market) as the north star for program success, translating progress into executive-ready value narratives.
• Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, change management, and scope for fixed-price, milestone-based delivery.
• Influence teams to incorporate AI-driven development workflows and guardrails within delivery.
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across programs and establish governance for AI-native builds.
• Establish governance frameworks for agentic AI in delivery — ensuring auditable, secure and compliant workflows.
