Responsibilities

• Build and nurture executive relationships (VP+), advising on program direction, health, risks, and trade‑offs.
• Manage inter‑dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for outcomes.
• Coordinate across business lines, IT, and partners to align priorities and timelines.
• Define measurable customer outcomes and translate delivery progress into executive value narratives.
• Own program financial health including forecasting, revenue recognition, and scope control.
• Influence teams with operating models and guardrails for AI‑augmented delivery.
• Advance AI‑DLC methodologies and governance for scalable, outcomes‑based programs.
• Establish governance for agentic AI, including observability and cost controls.
