Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements.
• 5+ years cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and cloud delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture executive relationships (VP+), advising on direction, health, risks and ROI.
• Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability.
• Orchestrate across lines of business IT and partner teams with clear priorities.
• Define and track measurable customer outcomes as the North Star for success.
• Own program financial health including forecasting, revenue recognition, and scope management.
• Influence AI guardrails and AI-DLC adoption across delivery programs.
• Establish governance for agentic AI, including observability and cost controls.
• Proactively surface ideas to innovate with AWS teams to scale delivery.
