Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of our largest and most complex customer transformation programs, orchestrating 50+ person teams of AWS builders, partners, and customers to deliver transformational AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes for Global 500 organizations.

You will shape program direction, manage risks and interdependencies, and drive outcomes-based governance while 50% of work is co-located on site

Qualifications

5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements
5+ years of cloud computing experience
Bachelor's degree in STEM field
Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

Responsibilities

Build trusted executive relationships (VP+) and advise on program direction, health, risks
Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes
Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams, align priorities and timelines
Define and track measurable customer business outcomes and ROI narratives
Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, change requests, and scope management
Influence AI guardrails and delivery models for AI-native builds and agentic automation
Drive AI‑DLC adoption across programs and establish governance frameworks
Establish governance for agentic AI including observability, cost controls, and security
