Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex customer transformation programs, coordinating 50+ person teams of AWS builders, partners, and customers to achieve AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes for Global 500 organizations.

You will drive program direction, manage interdependencies, forecast revenue, and implement governance and AI-native delivery practices to deliver measurable business value at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently
• 5+ years delivering enterprise IT engagements
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs
• Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams simultaneously, aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and definitions of success
• Define and track measurable customer business outcomes as the north star for program success, translating progress into executive-ready value narratives
• Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, commercial management, change requests, and scope for fixed-price delivery
• Influence teams effectively, establishing operating models and guardrails for AI-enabled delivery
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across delivery programs and scale multi-agent systems
• Establish governance for agentic AI in delivery—observability, cost controls, compliance, and auditable AI workflows
• Proactively surface ideas to innovate with other AWS teams to accelerate customer outcomes
