Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead large, complex customer transformation programs, coordinating 50+ builders, partners, and customers to deliver AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes for Global 500 organizations.

You will drive delivery quality, shape program direction, manage risks, and ensure executive alignment across lines of business while focusing on outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
• 5+ years delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field
• Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs to inform executive decisions
• Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams, aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and definitions of success
• Define and track measurable customer business outcomes as the north star for program success, translating progress into executive‑ready value narratives
• Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, change requests, and scope management
• Influence AI guardrails and AGI-augmented development workflows within delivery teams
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across delivery programs and establish governance for AI-native builds
• Establish governance for agentic AI in delivery — observability, cost controls, and security compliance
• Proactively surface ideas on how ProServe and AWS teams can innovate to accelerate outcomes
