This role can be fully remote or hybrid with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA. The position emphasizes leadership in scheduling, cost control, and risk management while driving project profitability and owner

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design and/or construction of utility or infra projects required.
• Experience with contract law and project accounting preferred.
• Leadership ability to manage remote teams and diverse backgrounds.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of multiple project teams.
• Review and negotiate complex contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Review and approve project schedules, estimates, budgets, and profit margin.
• Make executive decisions on high-cost, high-risk aspects of projects.
• Mentor team members and support cross-department collaboration.
• Oversee change orders and ensure timely billing and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with Owners, Engineers, and Subcontractors to maintain partnerships.
