Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy is seeking an Energy Storage Project Executive to lead and oversee multiple solar, storage, and substation projects nationwide. This role may be remote or hybrid with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA, coordinating with engineering, controls, finance, and field operations to optimize profit and performance.

The candidate will drive project profitability, risk management, and client satisfaction, while mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with SOLV standards and OSHA

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of work-related experience in design and/or construction of utility or commercial/industrial infrastructure projects.
• Direct relevant industry experience preferred, skilled with knowledge related to electrical equipment and installation.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and oversight of multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Review and negotiate complex contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and approve project schedules, estimates, budgets, and profit margin.
• Make project level executive decisions on critical aspects of the work involving significant cost and risk impacts to the company.
• Oversee preparation of project billings; seek to maximize cash flow and reduce pay cycles.
