Job summary

SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide. The Energy Storage Project Executive will provide leadership and oversight to multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with engineering, project controls, finance, and field operations.

This role offers full remote or hybrid work with in-office presence in San Diego, CA, with location

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of design/construction experience in utility or heavy infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Proven leadership in remote team environments and cross-functional settings.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure.
• Fluent written and spoken English; proficient in office practices and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of multiple project teams.
• Review and negotiate complex contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and approve project schedules, estimates, budgets, and profit margins.
• Make project-level executive decisions on cost and risk.
• Manage change events with Owners, Subcontractors, and regulators.
• Support business development, estimating, and services.
