DLB Associates is expanding its energy storage engineering services and seeks a Power Engineer – Energy Storage to lead engineering delivery of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and IBR interconnections across utility and data center markets.

The role blends hands-on design with client interaction, project leadership, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, with remote work from anywhere in the United States.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and PE license preferred.

Mansioni

• Engineer Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects through concept, design, construction, and energization.
• Coordinate with utilities, developers, and clients to ensure interconnection compliance.
• Prepare and review design documents, calculations, and studies for BESS/microgrid projects.
• Support RFIs, field engineering, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Contribute to project design reviews and client presentations.
