DLB Associates is expanding its energy storage engineering services and seeks a Power Engineer – Energy Storage to lead design and delivery of BESS, microgrid, and IBR interconnections from concept through commissioning. You will work with clients, utilities, and partners, providing technical input and guiding engineering decisions with independence on day‑to‑day work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering; PE license required.
- 5+ years in energy storage or power systems with depth in protection & control.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of BESS, microgrid, and IBR interconnections from concept through commissioning.
- Provide technical input, support engineering decisions, and represent the firm with clients and utilities.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare project design and construction documents; support technical reviews and client presentations.
