Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. in the Texas ERCOT region seeks a Sales Representative III to prospect and acquire new Commercial & Industrial customers for ENGIE retail.

You will self-originate opportunities via campaigns, cold calling and networking, building a robust pipeline in Houston or Dallas with travel up to 15%. You will evaluate creditworthiness, tailor price proposals, master ENGIE offerings, and close transactions in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 7 years of hands-on experience in business principles, management, and marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail energy sales or developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
• Direct sales experience within retail energy preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with executive-level decision-makers.
• Self-driven and quick to learn new products, processes, and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new Commercial & Industrial customers for ENGIE retail in the Texas ERCOT region.
• Self-originate opportunities using campaigns, data, cold calling and networking to develop a robust pipeline.
• Master ENGIE product offerings and tailor proposals to meet customer needs.
