Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Sales Manager to prospect and acquire new Commercial and Industrial customers for ENGIE retail in NYISO/NEPOOL regions. The role sits in Houston, TX or Dallas, TX, reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, ERCOT, with a hybrid work policy (3 days in office, 2 remote).

You will self-originate leads, qualify customers, and present tailored energy solutions while negotiating terms to maximize revenues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline, or 7+ years of energy sales experience in retail (in lieu of degree).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for executive-level engagements.
• Self-driven, quick learner with ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities within NYISO/NEPOOL territories to build a robust pipeline.
• Qualify customers and assess needs, gathering data to tailor price proposals.
• Present ENGIE products and quantify value to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with brokers, customers, and legal teams to maximize revenues.
