Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional ERCOT sales strategies aligned with growth and profitability targets.
• Lead the ERCOT sales organization to achieve revenue, margin, and customer goals.
• Coach and develop a 7–9 person sales team to maximize performance and succession planning.
• Drive prospecting, pipeline management, and major account strategies across Texas.
