Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. in Houston or Dallas seeks a Sales Representative III to prospect and acquire new Commercial & Industrial customers in the Texas ERCOT region. The role is hybrid (remote + in-office) with up to 15% travel and reports to the Regional VP of Sales - ERCOT.

You will understand ENGIE product offerings, tailor proposals to customer needs, and close transactions while contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 7+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in retail energy sales or developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Direct sales experience, ideally within the retail energy industry.
• Ability to interact with executive-level decision-makers and persuade stakeholders.
• Self-driven and quick learner with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new Commercial and Industries customers in the Texas ERCOT region.
• Self-originate opportunities using marketing campaigns and data.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the prescribed territory.
• Master ENGIE product offerings and tailor proposals to customer needs.
• Negotiate terms, close transactions, and coordinate with teams for seamless service delivery.
