Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years in program management, preferably in industrialized construction.
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, complex energy projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery.
- Review orders, negotiate changes, and facilitate milestone reviews with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior program managers and partner with BD and production teams to grow opportunities.
- Travel to remote sites as required.
