Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client programs, oversee work orders and service agreements, and drive multi-year forecasts across nationwide projects.

You will build strong client relationships, guide kickoff meetings, and ensure timely delivery driven by customer needs and company objectives. The role requires extensive travel (up to 100%), a strong background in construction management, and a commitment to Rosendin safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in program management within industrialized construction.
• Strong scheduling and cost-control knowledge.
• Ability to manage multi-year forecasts and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.
• Review and understand work orders and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Navigate nuances of client relations within trusted account relationships.
• Create agenda and guide Kickoff Meetings with stakeholders.
• Proactively manage multiple activities to ensure progress and deadlines.
