Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager III - MPS Energy to manage large, complex projects across the EPC energy sector. You will oversee detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget. Travel may be required.

The role emphasizes client relationships, program management expertise, and collaboration with BD and production teams to optimize outcomes and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in program/project management with equipment and methods in industrialized construction.
• Experience in business development or heavy client interaction is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.
• Review work orders and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Navigate client relations within trusted account relationships.
• Lead kickoff meetings and guide stakeholders of the fulfillment team.
• Negotiate and create change orders; manage CAC accounting and internal proposals.
