Job summary

Rosendin in Pearland, Texas, United States, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Energy to lead complex energy construction programs. You will create detailed project plans, manage budgets, timelines, and client communications, and liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile PV, wind, or storage projects.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in program management within industrialized construction, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with ACC, Power BI, and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• PMP license a plus and significant experience in program management for industrialized construction.
• Minimum 7 years' equipment and methods experience; demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for customer project management matters.
• Review and thoroughly understand work orders and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Navigate nuances of client relations amongst peers within trusted account relationships.
• Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team
• Anticipate concerns impacting the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and multiple objectives.
• Foster new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Contribute and present program metrics for the client business reviews.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with BD team to identify and grow opportunities.
• Assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed internally.
• Manage ongoing customer's site requirements
• Act as a single point of contact, own the proposal process internally.
• Review and prepare Cost-at-Completion (CAC) accounting for internal review with Rosendin leadership.
• Act as a subject matter expert of the CAC process and mentor junior program managers.
• Proactively manage multiple activities of higher complexity to ensure forward progress and deadlines with efficiency.
• Negotiate and create all change orders on projects for internal approval.
• Represent the company/project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc.
• Maintain understanding of customer forecast and facilitate alignment with the Production Team and Continuous Improvement Team.
