Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, evaluating program performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving decarbonization, load management, and customer experience objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with energy efficiency programs and utility cost recovery.
• Ability to communicate with engineers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of energy efficiency programs across residential and commercial sectors.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and program fulfillment partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing Promotions for communications and outreach.
• Analyze program performance and prepare regulatory filings and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and Sarbanes-Oxley rules.
