Job summary

UGI Utilities, Inc. seeks a Manager, Energy Efficiency & Conservation Programs to oversee the development, filing, and management of EE&C initiatives for over 700,000 residential and commercial customers in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of related energy or utility experience.
• Experience with utility energy efficiency programs and Act 129 framework.
• Certified Energy Manager a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage EE&C programs for 700,000+ customers.
• Coordinate regulatory filings with the Public Utility Commission and other departments.
• Manage program performance; coordinate internal/external resources and CSPs.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and support ESG initiatives related to EE&C.
