Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead the strategy, development, and performance of customer-facing programs within the Clean Energy Solutions Team, spanning residential and commercial customers. You will drive program implementation, partnerships, and KPI tracking while aligning with regulatory commitments and budgeting requirements.

You will verify delivery of products, services and savings, manage vendor contracts, and provide data-driven insights to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 4-7 years of energy efficiency experience.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver results.
• Understanding of utility cost recovery mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate energy efficiency programs with stakeholders.
• Procure services from subcontractors and vendors; issue RFPs.
• Oversee providers and track performance against metrics.
• Coordinate with Marketing to manage program communications.
• Analyze program performance and prepare regulatory reports.
• Manage AP/AR per corporate policies and SOX rules.
