Job summary

UGI Utilities, Inc is seeking a Manager of Energy Efficiency & Conservation Programs to lead all elements of the company’s EE&C initiatives for electric and gas customers. You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants to develop, file, manage and report on programs across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires strategic program management, strong data analysis, and experience with regulatory filings, witness testimony support, and cross-functional collaboration to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or engineering preferred; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years related experience preferred; Certified Energy Manager a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, market, and administer EE&C programs for 700,000+ customers; review TRC analyses, issue RFPs, evaluate bids, hire vendors.
• Manage regulatory filings with the Public Utility Commission and other agencies; support testimony, discovery, and settlements.
• Oversee performance of EE&C programs, coordinate internal and external resources, including CSPs and vendors, to meet program goals.
• Develop industry knowledge, participate in stakeholder meetings and ESG initiatives; provide ad hoc analyses.
