Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to deliver energy efficiency programs directly to homeowners, building owners, landlords and utility customers in Colorado. You will provide expert advice, coordinate program activities, and promote energy-saving measures in the field and office.

This role combines field work with occasional office time, requires managing data, presentations, and customer engagement, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in energy efficiency, utilities, or building systems is preferred.
• Strong data handling and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy-saving products as directed by program management.
• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers, trade allies and stakeholders.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to meet energy saving targets.
• Lead presentations and assist customers through rebate applications.
• Document on-site opportunities and prepare summary reports.
• Coordinate with Energy Engineers and Program Manager on projects.
