Job summary

Franklin Energy, a leader in energy efficiency programs, seeks a field-to-office coordinator to advise homeowners and utility customers. You will identify energy-saving opportunities and coordinate program delivery to maximize impact.

The role combines on-site assessments with office planning, data entry, and client reporting. Applicants should have a background in energy, HVAC, or utility services, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years in electric or natural gas utility, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, or lighting/conservation.
• Experience managing staff in outbound customer outreach.
• 2-3 years in energy efficiency and/or energy modeling.
• Customer service, sales, or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers, trade allies and program stakeholders within your territory.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to meet energy saving targets.
• Initiate new business with new customers through business-to-business efforts.
• Lead presentations promoting energy efficiency programs for targeted groups.
• Assist customers through the rebate application process.
• Install energy efficiency products in tenant units and building common areas.
