Franklin Energy is seeking a field-oriented energy advisor to deliver energy efficiency programs to homeowners, landlords, and utility customers. The role blends field work with office coordination, focusing on advising and coordinating energy-saving measures and rebate processes.

You will promote the program, conduct on-site assessments, and collaborate with trade allies while maintaining safety and professionalism. A strong background in energy efficiency and customer outreach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical-equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in electric or gas utility, facilities management, HVAC, or energy efficiency.
• Experience in outbound sales or customer outreach.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy-saving products per program management.
• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and trade partners.
• Make outbound calls to meet energy-saving targets.
• Develop and deliver on-site and virtual energy efficiency presentations.
• Assist customers with rebate applications and project coordination.
