Resource Innovations seeks an Energy Advisor to serve as a senior strategic and technical consultant for commercial/industrial clients in Northern IL. You will drive energy efficiency opportunities from assessment to implementation, leveraging data analytics and CRM to manage pipelines and deliver measurable energy savings.

You will partner with facility leaders, engineers, and executives, shaping business cases and guiding investment decisions while navigating complex organizations to secure

Qualificações

• Five+ years in energy efficiency consulting, technical sales, or facility optimization.
• Ability to influence decisions through consultative selling and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of industrial/commercial facilities and energy-saving tech.
• Experience supporting utility-sponsored energy programs.
• Clear ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Remote-work capable with strong organizational skills and multi-project management.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers as strategic energy management partners and grow the program.
• Lead opportunities from assessment through implementation with data-driven plans.
• Develop an Energy Management Action Plan per customer and maintain a living roadmap.
• Coordinate across utilities, engineers, and program leadership for a seamless process.
• Navigate stakeholder structures to advance opportunities and pipelines.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and recovery plans for stalled projects.
