Resource Innovations seeks an Energy Advisor (Energy Manager / Outreach Engineer) to drive high-value energy efficiency initiatives across commercial and industrial clients in Northern Illinois. You will lead strategic planning, opportunity assessment, and business-case development to influence investment decisions.

As a senior consultant, you will manage relationships with facility leaders, engineers, and executives, translating complex data into practical solutions and guiding projects from

Competenze

• Five or more years of energy efficiency consulting, technical sales, or facility optimization experience.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.

Mansioni

• Lead customers through full project lifecycle: strategic energy planning, opportunity assessment, business-case development, and implementation.
• Develop and manage an Energy Management Action Plan for each customer.
• Identify and qualify energy efficiency opportunities and drive implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with utility representatives, facility engineers, and executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipelines, and forecasts; drive project momentum.
