Datadog in New York, NY is seeking an Enablement Operations Manager focused on powering Technical Solutions Enablement. You will own the operational infrastructure, governance, and systems that ensure enablement programs run efficiently at scale, with a strong emphasis on data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enablement or related operations.
• Experience building/improving operational systems.
• Strong organizational skills and process discipline.
• Experience with LMS, Confluence, Asana, Tableau, or similar systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support operational processes, governance and enablement systems for Technical Solutions Enablement.
• Manage operational delivery of enablement platforms and processes (PM, LMS, CMS, reporting).
• Execute knowledge management taxonomy, lifecycle and discoverability.
• Create templates, SOPs, documentation to improve consistency and scale.
• Manage intake workflows, work tracking, and execution visibility across the portfolio.
• Define business requirements for enablement platforms in partnership with Analytics team.
• Maintain reporting on participation, completions, certifications, utilization and health.
• Improve reporting, analytics and system capabilities with Enablement Analytics team.
• Support rollout and governance of new tools and processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation/AI-driven workflows.
• Monitor performance and propose data-driven improvements.
• Provide PM for strategic priorities and OKRs with milestones and risks.
