Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead proactive and reactive ER initiatives across our North American teams. You will partner with field operations, HR, safety, legal, and contractors to improve employee experience and governance.

Occasional travel and on-site presence are required. You will own large-scale programs, balance proactive work with crisis response, and mentor ER staff while presenting to senior leaders and frontline employees.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law experience.
• Experience supporting large hourly workforces.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Detect and mitigate risks by analyzing trends, gaps, and challenges and implementing solutions.
• Manage crisis situations with strong judgment under time constraints.
• Own large-scale, network-wide projects delivered on time.
• Analyze data and narrative evidence to persuade and inform strategy.
• Use AI tools to analyze data and automate routine tasks.
• Design and deliver engaging trainings and concise communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor field Employee Relations staff.
