Amazon.com Services LLC in Kentucky is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead proactive and reactive initiatives across fulfillment and logistics sites. You will partner with field operations, HR, safety, and legal to promote fair, respectful workplace practices and drive improvements.

The role requires travel up to 50% domestically, on-site presence at least three days a week, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• 7+ years of employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
• Experience supporting large hourly workforces.
• Experience using metrics to identify improvements in employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Detect and mitigate risks by applying employee relations expertise to identify trends, gaps, and challenges; implement solution-focused strategies.
• Crisis management: handle time-sensitive issues with sound judgment across sites or regions.
• Project management of large-scale, network-wide initiatives delivered on time.
• Analyze data and anecdotes to develop persuasive recommendations and measure success.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, automate tasks, and improve processes and communications.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders; design and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Collaborate to influence change and build trusted relationships.
