Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Employee Relations Manager to independently manage complex employee relations matters and advise managers, HRBPs, and business leaders. The role conducts investigations, guides performance management, leaves, accommodations, and separations.

You will partner with Legal and Compliance, strengthen governance, and help educate managers through training, reporting, and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive employee relations or HR experience.
• Experience advising managers, HR Partners, Legal and leaders on risk mitigation and employment practices.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance actions.
• Provide guidance on leaves, accommodations, and separations with compliant actions.
• Develop training materials and reports for HR leadership to drive improvements.
