Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Employee Relations Manager to independently handle complex employee relations matters, lead investigations, and advise managers, HR business partners, and business leaders across the organization.

The role collaborates with Legal and Compliance to ensure fair, compliant employment practices while strengthening employee relations processes. The position emphasizes risk assessment, policy interpretation, and development of training materials to improve

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years in progressive employee relations, HR, or equivalent.
• Experience conducting complex workplace investigations and advising on employment actions.
• Ability to consult with managers, Legal, and business leaders on risk mitigation and policy interpretation.

• Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues, corrective actions, and separations.
