Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) is seeking an Employee Relations professional to support the design and execution of ER programs, analyze workplace trends, and help communicate policies across the organization. The role includes coordinating morale initiatives and developing guidance materials to enhance employee experience while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 1–3 years in Employee Relations, HR, Internal Communications or related function.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience creating reports and guidance materials.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• Experience analyzing data and developing business proposals or recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing research and analysis of employee relations, labor relations, and workplace trends to identify workforce risks, morale concerns, and engagement opportunities.
• Support the design, execution, and tracking of ER strategies and programs to improve employee experience, morale, and trust in management.
• Coordinate ER-led morale and engagement initiatives (Family Day, surveys, engagement tools, and programs) ensuring clear communication and alignment with priorities.
• Develop, maintain, and support communication, training, and information tools to promote consistent messaging and effective people practices.
• Archive and generate quantitative and qualitative reports for management as requested.
• Perform additional ER-related administrative or project-based tasks to support departmental objectives.
