Job summary

Hyundai Mobis is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to lead labor relations initiatives across MOBIS corporations in the U.S. This role focuses on contract negotiations, ER strategy, and policy development within a confidential, office-based environment with some travel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or related field and at least five years of HR/Employee Relations experience, with knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources or related fields preferred.
• At least five years of experience in an HR or Employee Relations role.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labor relations activities including contract administration and negotiations.
• Facilitate scheduling and operation of ER trend meetings and prepare reports.
• Research and prepare background information for collective bargaining negotiations.
• Assist in development and application of employee relations strategies and policies.
• Develop and maintain databases and generate reports to support recommendations.
