Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in HR, employee relations or OD/Labor relations.
• Experience leading complex investigations.
• Experience developing employee relations strategies.
• Experience supporting manufacturing workforce expansion.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and organizational development initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders on ER matters.
• Oversee or conduct workplace investigations and policy enforcement.
• Drive dispute resolution and conflict management efforts.
• Analyze ER trends and implement proactive actions.
• Develop site-wide ER programs to improve workforce stability and engagement.
• Advise leaders on performance management and communications.
• Support manufacturing expansion and workforce initiatives.
