Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to provide guidance, support, and recommendations on employee relations issues. You will work with management, HR Business Partners, Legal, and others to ensure a consistent, equitable employee experience aligned with company values.

The role manages multiple cases in a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to work remotely with periodic travel, including up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or related discipline.
• 4 years' experience in employee relations or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with investigations and case management.
• Knowledge of workplace laws and compliance.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to work remotely with periodic travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert, guiding leaders and conducting investigations with objective analysis.
• Perform and document investigations per ER guidelines.
• Partner with HR, Legal and other teams to resolve inquiries and investigations.
• Champion compliance, interpreting policies and educating stakeholders.
• Own assigned ER cases in the case management system and Ethics Hotline.
• Analyze ER trends to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with HR Partners to promote a positive ER climate.
• Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges.
