Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to guide and support leaders on employee relations matters. The role involves investigations, policy interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, and other teams to deliver equitable employee experiences aligned with company values.

The Senior ERBP manages multiple investigations in a fast-paced environment and travels up to 25%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related discipline with relevant experience, or equivalent combos as noted.
Experience handling all aspects of employee relations issues including intake, review, and resolution.
Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, employment laws, and union avoidance.

Responsibilities

Serve as employee relations expert, providing guidance on employee concerns and investigations.
Perform and document investigations according to team processes and guidelines.
Partner with HR, Legal, and other departments to resolve inquiries and investigations.
Interpret policies, ensure consistent application, and educate stakeholders.
Own assigned ER cases in the case management system and Ethics Hotline.
