Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field with 4 years’ experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Direct experience handling all aspects of employee relations issues from intake to resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, employment laws, and union avoidance.
• Strong communication, influencing, and credibility-building skills across all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work remotely with periodic travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert, guiding leaders and conducting investigations.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and management to resolve inquiries and investigations in line with company values.
• Interpret policies, educate stakeholders, and ensure consistent application.
• Own assigned employee relations cases and document findings in the case management system.
• Analyze trends to proactively identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Advise HR Partners and leaders on recommendations to resolve concerns.
• Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges.
