Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to guide and support leaders on employee relations matters. You will partner with HR, Legal, and other teams to deliver consistent, compliant investigations and recommendations aligned with company values.

You will manage multiple cases, track trends, and promote a positive ER climate while supporting informed decision-making and timely resolutions. This role is remote with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or related field; 4+ years of experience (or equivalent combinations).
• Experience handling all aspects of employee relations issues from intake to resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, compliance, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert; guide leaders and investigate concerns.
• Document investigations per team processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other departments on recommendations aligned with company values.
• Educate stakeholders on policies and ensure consistent application.
• Own assigned employee relations cases in the case management system and hotline.
