Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to provide guidance on employee relations issues and lead investigations with a focus on fair, compliant outcomes. The role partners with leaders, HR Business Partners, Legal, and other teams to resolve inquiries while upholding company values.

The Senior Employee Relations Business Partner will manage multiple investigations, analyze trends, and drive a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related field.
4+ years in employee relations or related field.
Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, union avoidance, and employment laws.
Strong ability to influence and communicate with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Serve as employee relations expert; guide investigations and provide recommendations.
Document investigations and adhere to ER team processes.
Partner with HRBPs, Legal and other departments to resolve inquiries and investigations.
Champion compliance by interpreting policies and ensuring consistent application.
Own assigned ER cases in the case management system.
Analyze ER trends to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
Promote a positive ER climate and assist in gathering information for legal matters.
