Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of ServiceNow or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert, guiding leaders and investigating concerns.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and other teams to resolve inquiries per company values.
• Own assigned ER cases, document findings per best practices.
• Analyze trends to proactively improve engagement and climate.
• Ensure policy interpretations are consistent and compliant.
• Travel up to 25% for investigations; remote work when possible.
